MATCHED WINES – OPEN FIRE COOKING – GUEST APPEARANCE
For this special one off event we have teamed up with Mayfly Wines who have matched 4 delicious wines to our menu for you to enjoy. In addition to that we are very excited to have a guest appearance from their wine maker Hans Czernyfrom Weingut Wimmer-Czerny (Wagram, Austria) who will be able to talk you through the history of their wines for the evening!
The fire pit will be up and running all afternoon from which we will be serving up two whole suckling pigs slow roasted over an oak wood fire and served with the very best of British produce. Tickets include a three course meal with matched wines as follows:
